Leadership award for PNB chief

KUALA LUMPUR: Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) president and group chief executive Tan Sri Hamad Kama Piah Che Othman was named as the recipient of the "Global Visionary Leader of the Year" award at the Global Leadership Awards here last week.

He received the award from the chief secretary of American Leadership Development Association (ALDA), Arthur F. Carmazzi, at a ceremony organised by The Leaders International magazine and ALDA.

Hamad was given the award for his leadership in helming the country's premier investment management company and his huge contribution in the fields of investment, financial planning and corporate social responsibility.
