Fujitsu launches mobile solution
KUALA LUMPUR: Fujitsu, a leading information and communications technology company, yesterday launched its mobile solution in Malaysia.
Fujitsu Asia Pacific chief technology officer Craig Baty said the mobile solution meets the growing mobile infrastructure management needs, particularly in the government sector and enterprises.
"Bring-your-own-device trends are on the rise and many business organisations are profoundly challenged by the rapidly escalating mobile complexity and consumerisation of IT," he said yesterday.
He said Fujitsu Managed Mobile is an enterprise-class, cloud-based platform that focuses on managing organisations' heterogeneous and geographically dispersed mobile infrastructure in a secure manner.
Fujitsu Managed Mobile Solution, he said, is a fully managed global, cloud-based service that supports multiple mobile platforms such as iOS system in iPhone and iPad, Windows Mobile, Windows Phone, Blackberry, Android and Symbian in a more cost-effective approach, allowing enterprises to manage from 50 to more than 50,000 devices via the same service.
