Choose your favourite airport frontliners
SEPANG: Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) yesterday launched the second stage of its "Touch" campaign, aimed at boosting customer service excellence among the staff of retail, services and food and beverage outlets at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport and the Low-Cost Carrier Terminal.
MAHB senior general manager (Commercial Services Division) Faizah Khairuddin said in the first stage of the campaign, which sought to highlight the importance of frontliners in the customer service value chain, champion pins were presented to frontliners who excelled in various categories.
In the second stage, travellers and visitors will choose their favourite frontliners based on their "Touch" attributes, which is delivering customer satisfaction, giving outstanding services, being conversant and humbly pleasant.
