Efficient SofTech opens flagship store

KUALA LUMPUR: Web services are flourishing as people are becoming more familiar with the Internet.

Realising this, Efficient SofTech Sdn Bhd is seizing the opportunity to expand its business by opening its first flagship store in Damansara Utama called Efficientlive.com.

Chief executive officer Victor Cheah Chee Wai said Efficientlive.com was created and specifically designed to enable customers and businesses to order and purchase printing products online quickly, efficiently and affordably.

"Our first-of-its-kind retail outlet makes it even more convenient for customers to benefit from what we are offering," he said.

According to Cheah, the company has been providing comprehensive print and document managing solutions to many large corporations in Malaysia for quite some time.

He said being in the industry for almost a decade, the potential of the Internet as a medium for offering print-based services has been realised.

"As such, we have developed our very own system to cater to existing and potential clients' vast needs, especially the small-and-medium enterprises (SMEs) and small and medium-sized industry (SMIs) players."

"We provide innovative and comprehensive print and document imaging solutions to the numerous SMEs and SMIs," he said.

Speaking to Business Times in an interview recently, Cheah said the option of choosing online printing can save time, money and hassle.

He said, a few years ago, the professional printing service would have meant a trip to a print shop, with the associated wait and expense.

"Now, you can handle the entire process, end to end, from the comfort of your home or office," he said.

Moving forward, Cheah said the company's vision is to be the best online printing service provider nationwide, and one day all around the world.

"We will constantly improve our user experience to make it simpler for our clients to order their printing products via the web," he said.

"At the same time, streamline our processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs so that our clients would not have to think twice before sending a postcard to their loved ones," he added.
