As at 10.35am, the group's shares jumped 7.5 sen or 9.67 per cent to 85 sen, with 3.48 million shares traded.
In an announcement to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Bina Puri said it had accepted a letter of award from Sime Darby CapitaMalls Asia (Melawati Mall) Sdn Bhd.
The contract involves development of a 13-storey shopping mall in Bandar Ulu Kelang, Selangor.
The contract period is 24 months.
With the latest award, the group has secured RM775.27 million worth of projects in 2013. Its current unbuilt book order stands at RM1.91 billion.-- Bernama
