Bursa settlement date
BURSA Malaysia Bhd has extended the close-off purchase positions for certain contracts in view of the market suspension on Thursday.

Participating organisations are allowed to close off purchase positions for contracts dated June 30 and due on July 3 at any time from yesterday until Monday.

Closing of purchase positions can be done either through receipt of payment from clients or the institution of forced selling.

Trades done on July 1 and 2 are due for settlement yesterday and Monday respectively.
