Pintaras' unit secures RM47.5m contract

Pintaras Jaya Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Pintaras Geotechnics Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM47.5 million contract to undertake piling works.

The nine-month contract, awarded by Mammoth Empire Construction Sdn Bhd, is for a commercial development project in Subang Jaya, Pintaras said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today.

The company said piling work will start immediately and is expected to contribute positively to the group's future earnings.-- Bernama
