MAXIS Bhd is targeting 30,000 users for its newly-launched Unity Solutions by year-end, its vice president and head of enterprise and carrier business, Fitri Abdullah, said today.

Since the soft launch in December last year, more than 1,300 users had subscribed to Unity Solutions, Fitri said.

"We have marketing plans and our sales team will engage with clients," he told reporters after the Unity Solutions launch here.

Unity Solutions, which anchored on a unified digital platform, offers seamless connectivity across different systems, devices and applications, enabling businesses to manage their employees and attend to customers anytime, anywhere.

Comprising a suite of business tools hosted online, it reduces dependency on conventional one-way communications equiped such as fax machines and desktop telephones, taking an instantly unified and mobile step to manage e-mails, calls, conferencing and other means of communication with clients or between employees.

Fitri said Unity Solutions offered packages like Unity Conferencing, Unity Hotline, Unity One Number and Unity Reception.

The company, he said, also planned to introduce five more packages under Unity Solutions. - BERNAMA
