TRADING in the shares of Malaysia Airlines was suspended pending an announcement on material transactions, the company said in a filing with the stock exchange today.

The transactions involve a fund-raising exercise and a related party transaction which the percentage ratio is equal to or exceed 25 per cent, the company said.- Bernama
