DAYA Materials Bhd said its unit Daya Proffscorp Sdn Bhd has agreed to buy a crane from Liebherr-Singapore for e3.5 million (RM17.85) to expand its oil and gas business.
It will use internal funds and bank loans for the purchase, Daya said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia.
Proffscorp’s main business is to provide forklifts, cranes and heavy machineries and related manpower to the onshore and offshore oil and gas industry.
