SILVER Ridge Holdings Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Silver Ridge (Multimedia) Sdn Bhd, has rendered RM4.9 million interest-free cash advance to Bernama TV Synergy Sdn Bhd (BTV).
The financial assistance is to help BTV meet its capital expenditure and working capital requirement for the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2009, the group said today in its filing to Bursa Malaysia.
It said the cash advance would not have any material effect on the net assets, earnings per share, gearing nor would it affect the share capital and major shareholders' equity in the group for the financial year ending December 31, 2009. - Bernama
