KNM Group Bhd (7164), a Malaysian oil and gas equipment company, scrapped an agreement to buy Ellimetal NV of Belgium for 20 million euros (US$25 million).
The statement issued to the Kuala Lumpur stock exchange said it was a mutual decision, without giving a reason.
The plan to buy Ellimetal from Ellimetal International NV was first announced in January. - Bloomberg
