Avon to launch sales leadership framework

AVON Malaysia will launch a new business opportunity called Avon Sales Leadership Framework (ASLF) on April 1, for all current and new Avon representatives.

ASLF will bring Avon Malaysia to a new height of business achievement as the potential to grow further is very promising, Avon president for Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia, Mansoor Wan Abdullah, said in a statement.

In ASLF, the four status of a leader are: Sales leader, advance sales leader, executive sales leader and senior executive sales leader.

Before its national launch, the ASLF pilot test was done in Sarawak and Sabah for two years since January 2006.

According to the statement, the key performance indicators under the pilot test has grown faster than the current business model in the Peninsula market.
