Innity share offer oversubscribed

INNITY Corp Bhd’s initial share offer of 2.75 million shares have been oversubscribed by 1.23 times.

A total of 1,096 applications for 6.12 million shares with a value of RM3.36 million were received from the public, MIDF Consultancy and Corporate Services Sdn Bhd said in a statement today.

It said Innity offered a public issue of 17 million new ordinary shares of 10 sen each at 55 sen per share.

The 10 million new shares made available for private placement have been fully placed out.

It said 1.928 million unsubscribed shares initially reserved for eligible directors and employees of Innity and its subsidiary companies were made available to the public. — Bernama
